Maths should be fun!

Here at mathZwise we believe maths should be a fun and enjoyable subject to learn!

Our idea of learning for junior students involves a series of activities wrapped up into one hour learning blocks; with basic facts, problem solving, revision, new concept learning and always, always…. finishing with a maths based game.. this is one of our rewards for all the hard work done.

Tutors work at the maximum ratio of one-to-two students. The tutoring aims to really help our students grasp the concept they are working on, and we will stay on that concept or come back to it, until the student has achieved a good level of understanding.

MathZwise Manawatu has been operating in this region since 2012.

Written by NZ qualified teachers and based on the NZ curriculum we follow the mathZwise program for primary and intermediate aged children. Our high school program is based on the Year 9 - 13 School and NCEA curriculum and is individually tailored for each student.
